Plant data base is limited. Pictures are terrible. Very disappointed

It hardly has any info on the plants. I was looking for an app like this, but one that told you gardening information on the plant. How to prune, when to prune etc... This app just shows you different pictures of plants. Pretty stupid and at most should only cost 00.99 cents. It really should be free. I want my money back

Good Latin to common name data and works either by entire database or very useful filters. A good start in the right direction

Waste of money, how does this app not even have any form of peony in the database.

Lite version is ok, but the upgrade is really necessary for most. Really enjoying it. Would like to see the options of a) either being able to omit a type of plant or at least tuck all of the same kind of plant into a drop down menu when searching (e.g. I have clients who dont want any hostas but I have to scroll through 40 varieties before I get to the next plant on the list); b) checking multiple criteria in the same category in advanced search (e.g. Search for shrubs and perennials at the same time); c) to be able to import or link notes to projects; d) to somehow identify if plants have common problems like being invasive, poisonous, prone to pests or disease, etc); e) have a "maintenance" category (e.g. I have a client who wants a strictly low-maintenance garden). I think the advanced search is pretty good even if the descriptions arent always complete (height, spread or whatever). I like being able to add my own pics and plants to the list. Happy to have this app overall.

Bought this because it said you could upload your pix and take notes on them. That feature is only in the pro version which costs another $5. I bought it and still dont see how I can upload them. The catalog doesnt include my plants so I have to enter all the info. Been working with this for 30 mins and I think I will give up.

Unbelievably, you cant log in to your account from a new device and retrieve your notes, projects, photos. I used this religiously for a year, upgraded my phone, and everythings irretrievable. Theres a big market for a reliable gardening app designed similarly to this app, but this app isnt it.

I have found several flower images in this app that are completely wrong! Example- "bachelor button"(coneflower) showed image of a daffodil!

Love the app, great for quick reference. Only problem is that you cannot search by soil ph level. Some plants need either acid or basic, research that before planting.

First two shrubs I looked up were not even listed. Expensive app to gamble on.

What wasted of money Looked for local plants and palms in Florida and cant find not even the most common ones,maybe is just for the other regions in the country ,and they forgotten to add Florida !!!!!!!!!!

Helpful and enjoyable to use. Wouldnt know where to begin my planning if I didnt have this handy tool.

Plants listed with the species name in caps! Needs improvement, the deer resistance has a secondary relevance and should be relocated elsewhere, and needs more plants from south. Is an excellent app, just needs some more info.

I must admit I do not have two green thumbs; however, this this is the best app I have found for our yard and garden. I really easily able to use this app while visiting the stores and mapping out where each plant, flower, and tree are need to be planted. My favorite part is how each item gives the details of water needs, sun, and the soil zones; which far less questions for my wife, and parents...

There is so much more free info on the web in one place than you get here. Dont pay for this!

Need more of all types of plants (trees, shrubs, flowers from the south. I will keep trying.

Could be a five star app if there was more info on all the plants. A lot of the vegetables are lacking in info an this is the main purpose I bought this app. More info equals 5 start reference application.
